Bisignano’s Italian Dressing & Marinade was created by my grandfather, Charlie Bisignano, for his restaurant in Des Moines. It quickly became a favorite with customers, and before long people wanted to take it home. What started as a house dressing was soon being bottled and sold in local grocery stores so families could enjoy it at their own tables.
Made with a classic blend of red wine vinegar, oil, garlic, and spices, Bisignano’s has the bold, tangy flavor that makes it perfect for salads, marinades, and everyday cooking.
